In Beaverton most participating schools have a preliminary SRC/IRB committee to approve
projects before experimentation begins. Most Hillsboro schools use a shared SRC/IRB
committee. Check with your local fair director for more information. How to form your own
SRC/IRB committee.
- Register your projects at the Intel Northwest Science Expo under the BHSE listing.
- Rules Changes & Modifications for 2009-May 2010 Notably, Form 4 is no longer used
for informed consent, but students should create their own informed consent letter.
A model is provided.
- Use the Intel ISEF Rules Wizard to help define what rules, regulations and forms you
need to be certain you know and follow.
